Include in the email the username you prefer. I will create an account for you with a temporary password. You should then click "Change Profile" and choose a real password.
Since my audience is small, creating new accounts manually avoids spammers. I also require you to read and type this email address yourself in order to make it unavailable to automated spamming programs (spambots).
